
Legal Notice, Terms, and Service Policies
By booking a service with Mirage Detail Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure clear communication, proper expectations, and protection for both the client and the business.
Service Conditions
Mirage Detail Studio provides mobile auto detailing services at customer-approved locations. Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and that there is adequate space for us to work safely. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable (extreme weather, restricted access, hazardous environments), we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment.
Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, worn trim, loose components, or interior wear. We recommend customers disclose any known issues before the service begins. While we use professional techniques and products, some stains, scratches, etching, or defects may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.
Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to the appointment. Mirage Detail Studio is not liable for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Satisfaction and Results
Auto detailing significantly improves a vehicle’s appearance, but results vary depending on age, condition, and material wear. We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or paint defects.
Paint Correction and Ceramic Coatings
Paint correction reduces or removes many surface imperfections but does not make paint flawless or immune to future damage. Ceramic coatings provide added protection and hydrophobic properties but do not prevent rock chips, scratches, or physical damage. Proper maintenance is required to maximize coating longevity.
Mechanical and Electrical Components
We take care when cleaning around sensitive areas such as engine bays, electronics, and switches. However, Mirage Detail Studio is not responsible for issues related to pre-existing mechanical or electrical faults, weak components, or aftermarket installations that may be affected during normal cleaning procedures.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in advance. Prices may vary if the vehicle’s condition differs significantly from what was described at booking. Additional charges will always be discussed before work continues.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged a service fee at our discretion.
Weather Policy
As a mobile service, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions that impact service quality or safety.
Limitation of Liability
Mirage Detail Studio’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
By scheduling a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
